Kristina

Kristina Adela Davis-Corinthos is the daughter of mobster Sonny Corinthos and lawyer Alexis Davis. She is named for her late aunt and her late grandmother. Kristina was born premature and Ned Quatermaine claimed that she was his daughter at first, he even had custody of her for a year. After being trapped in a elevator during a fire Alexis informed Sonny's wife Carly that her husband was the father of Kristina and after they were rescued Carly held the information over Alexis' head for nearly a year. Towards the end of that year Kristina became desperately ill and needed a bone marrow transplant. When no one else proved to be a match, Sonny was informed that Kristina was his daughter. When her baby sister, the daughter of Samantha McCall and her father was stillborn, Kristina received her stem cells an was saved.
After Sonny found out that Kristina was his he filed for custody and Alexis them married his brother, Ric Lansing. When the custody battle ended, Alexis kept custody, but Sonny got unlimited visitation. During a visit with her father Kristina was kidnapped and her half brothers Michael and Morgan were taken as well shortly after. Michael had a chance to escape, but didn't to save Kristina and Morgan's lives. While they were gone, Alexis discovered she was pregnant. Kristina and Morgan were rescued together but Michael was gone for two more months.
Kristina's baby sister Molly was born during a train wreck that almost killed a large portion of Kristina's family, everyone ended up safe though. Shortly after words a deadly virus struck town and Kristina had to call 911 after finding her mother and step-father unconscious. Sonny also fell ill, but recovered shortly. Kristina's aunt Courtney, however died from the illness the same day that she gave birth to Kristina's double cousin Spencer.
Later that year it was discovered that Samantha McCall was Kristina's sister, the long lost daughter of her mother revealing that not only was the baby that saved her life her sister, but her niece as well. Kristina and Sam quickly bonded, however shortly after word their mother was diagnosed with lung cancer. Alexis was in and out of coma's and chemotherapy and little Kristina was afraid that she was going to lose her mother. Alexis and Ric broke up during this.
On her sixth birthday Kristina got a wonderful surprise when her mother came home from the hospital, it was short lived however because only a few minutes later Kristina walked in on a mob shoot out and saw Sam accidentally shoot and kill a man and then saw Ric order Sam's fiance Jason shot. Kristina went into shock and did not speak for a month, but broke her silence on Christmas Eve to wish her mother a Merry Christmas.
Alexis continued to fight her cancer and a vindictive Ric to Molly away from them, Kristina was devastated. Shortly after words Kristina saved her mothers life for a second time when Alexis collapsed. Alexis eventually recovered from her cancer. Later that year Kristina got into an elite school for gifted children. A few months after that Ric had a change of heart and returned Molly to Alexis and Kristina. During a ball on Kristina's cousin Nicolas's island Alexis and Ric almost lost there lives, and Nicolas's fiance who Kristina was very close to was killed. The near death experience caused Alexis and Ric to make up, showing hope for Kristina to have something resembling a normal family again soon.
